Free Delivery Myth
Why do some companies offer free delivery? How can they do this and not lose money?
To be honest, there's no such thing as free delivery. This fee is either included in the price or later appears as an additional charge.
While there are claims out there of freight being prepaid on orders over a certain value, many gym facilities are surprised to find freight invoices mailed to them as the term 'prepaid' simply meant that the seller paid the common carrier directly, but then charged those costs back to the buyer, in addition to the product invoice.

This is great advice. I've been burnt like this before when we were ordering our covers. I wish I did it with you, guys instead.
